Ladakh, union territory of India, located in the northern part of the Indian subcontinent in the vicinity of the Karakoram and westernmost Himalayan mountain ranges. It is bounded by Jammu and Kashmir union territory to the west and by Himachal Pradesh to the south; its northern and eastern borders are disputed with Pakistan and China, respectively. Ladakh was administered as part of Jammu and Kashmir state from 1947 until 2019, when it became a separate administrative unit. Area 22,836 square miles (59,146 square km)

Our representative will receive you at Leh Airport & transfer you to Leh Hotel. Spend rest of the day acclimatising in high altitudes of Leh and exploring the town on your own. Dinner & Overnight stay will be at Hotel.

Today after heartily breakfast we will have local city tour. Places to cover will be Magnetic Hill, Shanti Stupa, Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Patthar Sahib and Spituk Gompa. After sightseeing, feel free to a stroll in local market of Leh. Overnight stay will be in Hotel.

Early Morning, check out from the hotel and head on to Nubra Valley. We will drive by the famous Khardongla Pass which is one of the highest motorable passes in the world situated at an altitude of 5359m. Other places to cover enroute will be Deskit & Hunder Villages. While visiting these villages do not forget to take a ride on Double hump Bactarian camels (ride on your own). Reach the destination and spend the night in pre-booked camps.

Early morning, check out from the hotel and travel to Pangong via Shyok. Afternoon reach Pangong Lake (4350 m) and explore the place. The clear water of this lake reflects sky color giving it an effect of changing colours from blue to turquoise/ light pink and so on throughout the day & night. Another amazing fact about this lake is that it freezes completely during winters despite being saline. Overnight stay will be in Pangong camps.

Pack up your luggage and drive back to Leh. Enroute places to cover will be Hemis Monastery, Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace. Reach the town and spend a comfortable night stay in hotel.
